New year, new you!




One of my new years resolutions is to get back to my healthy habits and the best way to get back on track is to start on my diet! My go-to is to make a veggie juice. Juicing not only gives you a nutritional boost, but it gives you a great amount of energy as well! 

Below are the ingredients. Simply pour the drink over ice and mix with mint leaves and viola, enjoy!  

2 stalks celery
half cucumber
2 1-2 gala apples
1 cup kale
2 cups spinach
1/4 ginger root
10 mint leaves
