Satisfy your sweet tooth with....





If you have a sweet tooth like me, look no further! Instead of having french toast, muffins, or even waffles, consider making yourself some protein pancakes. I promise these will satisfy your sweet cravings for breakfast. Below is my vanilla blueberry protein pancakes recipe. 

Ingredients:

3 egg whites
1 apple (sliced)
1/4 cup of vanilla whey protein
1/4 cup of oat flour
1 cup of blueberries

Directions:

1. lend egg whites, sliced apples, vanilla whey protein, oat flour.
2. Spray pan with non-stick spray and heat on medium.
3. Pour batter onto pan & flip when bubbles form.
4. Decorate your plate by topping it off with some powdered sugar and fresh blueberries.
